To add to your point, Suresh and many of the team members were part of  "The Incumbent class" themselves, before joining POET.
I firmly believe they left those positions not simply to spread their creative wings and see what happens, but  because they understood what void needed to be filled, and POET had the (if not THE, the best) solution.
