I completely agree regarding the risk associated with our important activities in China. And a collaboration with a name readily recognizable in the US would be huge. 

Moska, I fully agree that there have been many IPO's that leave us all dumbfounded as to resultant market cap. Not sure that at our current stage Poet could be one of those.  But with the right promotion, it really does seem anything is possible.  

What might be doable is to get a big brokerage involved in an offering. Not a Wainwright or anything like them. But one of the more influential brokerage firms that can assemble a nice syndicate, if necessary. A road show, testimonials from successful tech firms that say we've got what is needed in a huge industry, etc. Those type of brokerages may be no more ethical than others, but their track record of success gives their offerings credibility. 

And it's almost always good to have a pile of money in the Treasury. I fully trust Suresh to spend it appropriately.

Such a move would give us the gravitas and the sizzle to achieve the kind of value which we deserve and ensure that we don't get picked off by a larger company for inadequate consideration, which could happen as we ramp up toward actual sales and then ramp those sales up.
