To put things in perspective.. if you breakdown the 14 Institutions holding 955,514 shares (2.6%) there are only 3 who have made solid commitments to date:-

MMCAP 373,730/Paragon 357,200/ BrandyWine 116,115 total 847,045.

 

Others including Scotia (38,292)and Royal Bank (22,259) have made lesser commitments.

 

The following 6 seem to have made only token buys:-

UBS 1,962/Bank of America 50/Morgan Stanley 100/Citigroup 1,005/National Bank 2000/

Kistler-Tiffany 2.

One hopes these 6  have taken these minimal positions before doing due diligence, and making further buys. Only time will tell.
