I quite agree, Ranier.  I am long and holding on, but discouraged both by the share price and by the fact that we only seem to hear that there were problems with Poet getting needed supply due to the supply chain distortions only after they finally receive those supplies. I am not surprised by the delays, but only hearing about them when they are over makes me wonder what else may be causing the company to not meet their targets, which they are not telling us.  I do think management has done well in spite of the current economic climate, except in not communicating.  

Eventually I trust things will work out, but I also agree that until real contracts are made and money is coming in, we will probably not see a real rise in the stock price.  There is fear in the markets these days, so taking a risk is less likely, and Poet is still a small, high risk company.  

It was definitely encouraging to see Motley Fool in Canada recommend them, though.
