Same here Turr, the little loyal investor not involved in previous PPs would get shafted again given dilution at these crazy low prices. Image the luck of subscribers with free warrants to boot. IMO we are highly de - risked at this share price and therefore it would be insane for managment to give in to any predatory financing. 

I am confident maybe naive given we are moving to production now and our relevance in this space continues to move forward, they have alternative plans to raise funds when needed with minimal dilution or at least wait for a much higher trigger price. As Suresh himself said it a few months back on a conference call ...noting share price needed to stabilize ( his words) before considering a financing.  and that was said when we were in the $4-5 range Can. Of course views can change so we dont know if this still holds or necessity requires a change
