I almost agree with everything you wrote ITTR.

I also want this even if it means a PP at the present share price. If the money is there for Poet, take more than to just get through commercialization.  We don't know what's coming on the economic front in 2023, take a bit more money than what's needed just in case.  Some additionnal issued shares won't matter when Poet succeeds and we'll look stronger to potential customers.

A worse alternative in my opinion would be to do a debt financing.  I went through this with a company I was a sharheholder of in 2008.  Some delays occured with the financial crisis, then the company broke some debt covenants and shareholders lost the company to the creditors.  I won't go through this again.  Not with the great potential Poet has.  We know delays can occur in this tech sector, we witnessed it in the last two years.  IMHO
