Just to add to the space limitations discussion of the QSFP-DD form factor. Conventional approaches produce more heat and at 800G there is not enough space left to dissipate that heat. Anyway you look at POET comes out on top. They only talk to the top ten module makers. They don't have time to deal with second tier companies at this stage.
