The transactions and paperwork need to be wrapped up by March 10. Which really means the money has to be delivered to POET at least 1 week before this plus trade settlement. I doubt you will see any significant selling from warrant holders past next week IMO. The next few weeks are going to be an interesting ride but the bottom line for me is that POET has something that industry really needs and the market for these products are growing.
