I would tend to that logic Baba but let's consider this. 

We have our CFO on record (and quite some time ago) as saying the Company was worth at least $1B (USD). Considerable technical progress has been achieved since that time and therefore it would shock me if shareholders would vote in favour for a lesser offer given the above.

Consequently, an offer of $1-2B usd would garner my support. Having said that, doesn't look like any deep-pocketed companies are interested.
