POdog...Why would POET management want a cheap buy out? That makes no sense whatsoever. I have most certainly been told that a price that management would be willing to accept if a buyout was tabled would certainly be at a price that would make both them and us happy. 

And as the platform matures that price goes up. 

You heard Suresh talking about how the whole company contributed to make the 800G demo happen at OFC. Do you really think that sounds like a group of people who just want to sell out this platform that can meet all of industries ' needs now and into the future?

What will however be interesting to watch is any plans to license the technology. That to me might be the first steps towards an eventual buyout.
