Everything you said is absolutely 100% accurate. Especially about LWLG. I have added several times myself. The sale of Denselight was supposed to big influential investors, the billion dollar valuation based on CFO statement and the all important " position of strength uplisting to Nasdaq.

Look at the volume. A few thousand shares a day. My belief is retail is done, tapped out and untrusting. Institutional investors apparently are more astute then the little guy. The company couldn't even fill the private placement of 5 million dollars. In hindsight apparently a big mistake going into the Nasdaq listing without financial backing.

Look at this board. Very little traffic nowadays. Not much to digest here anymore. 

Anyone can say what they want. Defend the company. Truth is this has been a horrible investment. Can't sell. Red also. At this point just hoping it all comes together. I won't go down without a fight though. If our AGM is virtual once again with the SP at these levels then something stinks!

As shareholders we need to start voicing our opinions. Serious consideration to upcoming votes at the AGM this year.
