Well, ideally the company, management, and the employees are shareholders too.

Besides that, everything revolves around the share price. The lower the share price the worse it is for us and them. They receive less money and funds during raises, the dilution is greater at lower share prices, the company grows slower at lower prices.

For shareholders to "not be concerned" with the share price, it's is incredibly silly. For the company to not be concerned, it's dangerous. I accept that this is your hugely misguided view and not POET's btw. As we get near all time lows I hope they have some big moves planned...
