Is someone going to file a lawsuit because she failed to reveal the possibility that CAI might not be providing POET revenue for everything CAI does because CAI might have a potential sideline non-AI product where the revenue for POET will not be available?  

Yes, you can sue anyone for anything, that's why people leave room for error.

Also if CAI somehow fails, because startups do fail from time to time, and POET receives no money from CAI, someone can also sue her if she made the guarantee that POET'll make lots of money off of CAI.
