So if we assume it's Poet's broker for the ATM putting these large wall of shares for sale, wouldn't this be counter productive in that it might scare some potential buyers with the large volume of shares being offered for sale. ?  I was under the impression that the ATMs were going to be in the form of crosses outside of the bid and ask opera.
