Well, it's just a guess with me. It seems like the ATM can be enacted in many different ways. I don't remember seeing that kind of an ask number in the selling range with Poet for a long time. Maybe coincidence with the Poet's offering, maybe market manipulation liks goosed2 stated, maybe Poet's broker?  Whatever the case if someone tests it with a big number we'll find out. If it disappears we'll know it's the manipulators at work.
