Points well stated...

But who then was Suresh listening to when they developed what they have so far? We have been told that POET was listening to customer requests before they proceeded down the various development paths they have traveled... would large companies primarily worried about margins advise Suresh in this way? would they have simply forgotten about the margin issue?
