A cell phone uses many components from different manufacturers that they buy from those manufacturers. They either buy or license those components. What makes anyone think it would be any different here. POET has many, many process patents to support each component they build especially the waveguides.

I don’t understand this line of reasoning at all. I found no supporting patents that provide any fabrication process associated with the highly tuned waveguides that are associated with the Optical Interposer that is displayed. Nothing. zero, ziltch
