I wouldn't doubt it for a second....there are millions of shares held in private hands, and are essentially unavailable to the retail market....and those who don't have any, or have some but want more, will do whatever they can to scare those retailers out of their shares.

This all comes from going to the NASDAQ without a public offering, which the banks hate.

It's not the first time this has happened, and certainly won't be the last.
