The only thing that IMO pathetic is the CFO who has absolutely no professionalism and clue how to deal with the financial side of the business.

He said he was scared of going to NAS. Now I know why. He has a duty to shareholders and he totally destroyed us.

People protected the CFO and said he had nothing to do with the 2016 financing , because he came only after that. Now, we are much further ahead with the company and doing the same bullsh... again? Seriously?

How can someone be so ignorant and naive and do a second financing without setting a fixed price??? Actually the third time, 2016, ATM and now.

He must go! Who thinks otherwise may think again who led us here to sub 2 USD, sleeping shares at the high and not raising money at that time. They have a duty towards shareholders and we have been told shareholder value would be their goal. How can that be the case, selling personal shares at 10 USD a instead of raising money and filling the companies coffers instead of the private coffers?

Even at the ATM they didn't buy shares. What the CFO has done to us is not bearable and he must be voted off. 
We have lost more than 80% of our value/investment as he managed the financial side completely wrong.
