Why did they do this?

On the surface it appears that this act is frought with self flagilation and mutilation but Q3 is 3 weeks down the road the company must have something important to say when they report. It makes no sense to do an offering and leave out the detail because it would cause the stock to crater as it has done, on the other hand if the company has an announcement of orders when they report the announcement will be ameliorated by the fact of orders. On the surface it appears the company has thrown in the towel but why would that be so given the orders they have with CI. We are in to deep to walk. I for one will stick it out, it is too late in the game to cut and run.
