where are the orders? We wouldn't need to raise money if we had orders. The raise wouldn't be so low if we had information and news. We wouldn't need to raise money at basement prices if markerting wasn't a failure. We haven't attracted new investors.

Unfortunately this part is true. Why havn't any of the eight customers we were expecting purchase orders from in the third and fourth quarters paid for the product?  Why weren't we informed. It seems the company is happy to let us know about delays in an updated slide without explanation.

This raise in my opinion was a last minute scramble. What happened to the new JV?
