I'm still a bit confused as to how the only two choices were a "sickening drop and painful dilution" and "the company to go belly up".  We're talking $10 million here, not hundreds of millions.  For basically any player in this space that is a staggeringly small amount of money.  If the tech isn't good enough to avoid this fiasco, I can't see any way that option 2 doesn't happen. 

 I'm saying this as someone who lost many $100s of thousands of dollars this week(on paper at least).  I'm guessing that I'm in the same boat as most here in being willing to watch the rest go to zero because I've been in so deep (underwater) for so long. 

 I just don't see how Mika gets a pass on this.  He's getting paid a full-time salary (330k+++) to do this and nothing else.  I get that external circumstances might be tough, but if you can spend (I would hope at least) 40 hours a week for years on end and this s%$tshow is the best you can come up with, you're terrible at your job.  Period.
