I am liking how you are thinking Macnai.

I was wondering how a royalty deal would have been done being this close to production ready.

    If you sell 100,000 pieces of product with a royalty of say $20 you would be receiving $2,000,000 over that period. Of course it depends on margins which I wouldn't have a clue on for POET's products.

   That is debt but not really debt until you start selling products.

   Any thoughts....
