Switch, it's because of US Thanksgiving on Thursday, a typically light session on Friday and then a weekend. The perfect time to release bad news. And that's why it was predictable once Rtv's post made the rounds here last night. 

Today is very similar to what happened the day after the prospectus with the key items left blank hit the wires. 

The good news?  Agoracomers may have no feet left to shoot!
