I called Maxim again, she was somewhat candid this time.  I am so stressed that I am blanking somewhat on the details, I wish I would have recorded it.  I basically asked what the hell is going on, i've never seen an unpriced offering before.  She said 'they' wanted to do it that way and said someting in the realm of 'i dont know why'   I asked if they still even want the deal, she said yes but more like a 'i wish we didn't but we will'.   She said nothing is going to happen before Thanksgiving.  'They need to re-file with a price'.

Other tidbit....  i commented on dilution and she said they might have to wait until the SP stabilizes more so they don't have to dilute too much.  

I said something like 'this is either an amazing opportunity or sucide' and she laughed. 

I'll post more if I remember anything.  I have no reason to mislead anyone here.  I am in this shi(t)p with y'all.
