For clarification, it looks like the red graph is the trading volume and the grey graph is the short volume. 
So, I got that wrong too, but it looks shorts aren't that high, still existing but not in the millions though.

Sorry, if I contributed to that confusion based on the previous message and the missing legend in the chart which had the red graph way more obvious and could lead one to believe it is the short volume, which it is not.
