Goosed2: Obviously I did not see the various postings you say took place since 1 Nov dealing with Maxim's ability to short Poet stock when they were raising money for the company.

My message was reacting to the fact when I first knew of it.. i.e yesterday.

Perhaps you can direct me to the many messages that dealt with Maxim's authority to short the stock.

Also, unless I also missed it ,Poet's website only gave details of the LIFE offering and I did not see details of the US$ Maxim offering., otherwise I would have reacted sooner.

Hope you are right that a better price is in the works and that news releases will follow soon after the financings are closed.
