When i told people that financing will be aroung 1$ people laugh at me.

they raised 1.4M bc thats all they could get.  Capital market is pretty bad. It won't be better in January sorry, this is not a person that works in the financial sector to tell people 1.5Months will give them time to close a bigger deal. Who will wants to buy a financing over 1.22 NOW?  

this is pretty bad and trying to tell retail that's everything is positive and good is not the right thing to do.
