Moska: If the info in this post is correct, WHY DOESN'T THE COMPANY EXPLAIN IT in a release?  

Thanks John, and you can answer to Moska that it's because the financing will be close on December 4th.  So they are still in a black out AND probably the final deal for the B plan has yet to be put on paper by the lawyer.  They probably have a shake hand agreement but it's not good enought to put that in a PR
