The point is that there are only techs in the BOD. Every decision they made was to improve the tech - no balance between technical and financial aspects. Good faith is good but even I understand taht there are people out there who are lying. Therefore I always have a plan B and C. Now they start to think about - NOW. They have made a mistake - okay that can happen. But they should start making themself responsible for that. As same mentioned here already - they have a trust problem.
