#1....the placement gets over subscribed....$10 million would be much better..lets take a little more pain and gain some security and stability..

#2...we need a very big participation in this placement by insiders because if they dont see as future for this compant then why should we..

i hate to trow in the towel after over 10 yrs of waiting and 80% loss...but im close to doing that if things dont change SOON..
