Firstly, I get it, the public sell job. 

That said, how many countless times has this management team projected one thing to investors, while sitting on information that completely undercuts their public proclamations?  There's a word for that.

And guess what, Tom already demonstrated his disdain for us in his response to Breeze, amongst a host of other examples.  If you think going private, or more probable, selling the tech and making out like bandits isn't on the table right now, leaving us with nothing, you're a stone cold fool.

They were never your friends, you were a means to an end.  They'll cut our throats in a heartbeat if it suits them, obviously that's crystal clear at this point.
