What is your concern about getting the financing?

I had an email exchange with the Treasurer, Kevin Barnes, regarding the private placement.  He seemed to be very confident that this private offer will be filled, and sooner than expected.  He stated:

"While the release announcing the financing stated that the closing would be no later than January 15, 2024, current interest indicate that we may be in a position to close a first tranche by Friday December 22, 2023."

I think a lot of people are interested in investing.
