Just to be clear, At this point in time I think that the future requires changes in the management structure. For the good of the company and to restore market confidence. This company has reached a stage of development where we need and I am pretty certain could attract an "A" team. In my opinion I think changes are required to restore confidence. I don’t say this lightly and it took me a long time to reach this conclusion.
