Let's be constructive here without being rude. Let's set aside emotions.

I'd be very careful to wish for Suresh as a CTO. Yes, he's first a tech genius, but he did have the vision to position Poet in the right spot. He needs to be better surrounded and this includes a couple of BOD members with ties in the financial community (in the USA mainly).
