Great sentiment there.

Relative to TM, he's about 73 or so and surely beaten up over the last several years, and particularly recently. He's probably ready to step aside. I was in law school at the same Tom's he was in business school. One can get burned out over all those years. You start to lose your edge. From personal experience. LOL.
