Honestly just can't be trusted to make the right decisions.  From what I understand Poet had a new partner or JV that could have created financial stability and possibly a good business relationship. However Suresh didn't want to share the OI secrets. 

I don't know the details. Maybe it wasn't favorable to us. However the company is in dire straights. I'm sure attorneys could have come up with something. After all we were able to get a deal with Sanan.
