Yes it is a big statement.  Honestly I can't recall who or where that was stated. 

My guess it was speculation on the boards. So no I can't claim it to be accurate. 

I know we were all waiting for something of significance financially speaking before this small PP was done a few months ago. 

Seemed like things fell apart so Poet scrambled to get whatever funds they could to hold us over. Whatever happens next is anyone's guess.
