Well, right now, one company is a reverse-split, tons of cheap warrants, and several bad financings in a trenchcoat and the other appears to be a well-managed, pre-revenue, pre-publicly traded tech company.

I won't rule out anything at this point.

I am confident I wouldn't be the only one pleased by very specific and clear announcements during this OFC. The shareholders could use a break or three.
