If the company can take the time to respond with transparency to these few questions, I am certain that it can only be beneficial. POET often acts as if it is addressing only new investors. It is important to provide feedback on the status of past news.

First Sales in Financial Statements: When will the first sales be recorded in your financial statements (Quarter/Year)?

China+1 Strategy: What is the status of POET Technologies' China+1 plan? Are there specific developments or actions underway to diversify manufacturing or sourcing outside of China?

Revenue from SANAN Joint Venture: Will the joint venture with SANAN eventually generate revenue for POET, and if yes, when do you anticipate this revenue to start?

Volume Production: In your October 10, 2023 update, you mentioned volume production. What factors are causing the delays in achieving this? Should we see revenue from it soon?

Update on Celestial Ai Relationship: Could you please provide an update on the status of the relationship with Celestial Ai? When do you expect the first revenues or Non-Recurring Engineering (NRE) to be recorded in the books from this partnership?

Other Lead Customers in AI Market: Besides Celestial Ai, are there other lead customers in the AI market for your products?

Sales Start with ZKTel: When do you anticipate sales to begin with ZKTel, and are the sales estimates still valid?

Partnership with LuxshareTech: Regarding the partnership with LuxshareTech announced on February 2, 2023, could you provide an update on the current situation? What can we expect from this partnership?

Collaboration with ADVA: Can you provide an update on the status of your collaboration with ADVA?

Update on Relationship with Mutilane: Could you please provide an update on your relationship with Mutilane? Would they handle the manufacturing process or just testing (if testing, at which level - production, research, or development)?
