FJ, your comment on licensing is illuminating. I was gonna ask that very question - why so late to the licensing game?  Was it because management didn't want to go that route and only considered it now out of desperation for revenue or were we not to the point where we had the tech developed to where entities wanted to license it. It appears it was more of the latter circumstance.
