ABC and those with similar sentiments, with great respect, I do not think an in person AGM would make any material difference. If there were such an event, the comments thereafter would be grousing as to how management dodged the tough questions or were unclear on their responses. 

The AGM is all words. As has been stated here many times, we need actions and results.
