Apparently the poster you are referring to has been banned and posts removed.  Besides the fraud comment which is an obvious no no, he did have some valid points and valid questions which are now history.  Unfortunately a number of people critical of Poet Management have been banished from this site in spite of being right to criticize things and in hindsight I should have listened to them and not the permabulls that remain undaunted in spite of losing 90% of their investment here.
