Is there any advantage for any warrant holder to stall this out? To possibly sell their warrants?

Is there a defined time window for consent of proposed amendments? If there isn't, and say we had an individual with a sizable number of warrants, what stops them from holding the consent out until the price appreciates more? The second they consent... the warrant expiry gets shorted to 30 trading days, limiting the excercise window. 

Consent now and you have a 30 day excercise window. Wait for major SP jump and consent then... up until Dec 2025.
