Yes reprice for the employees to incentivize, but that low, No! What does it say for how they value their own company???

For Mika, Suresh and the board, hell NO! You want to reward them for their success? You want to absolve this leadership team of their horrible financial mismanagement and self-inflicted destruction of the share price?? Are you forgetting how things went down in early November?? 

The latest pleading and begging to shareholders today is a scary affirmation of the type of management that we are hoping leads this company to success. Is this a sign of leadership strength? All they have shown is arrogance, and disrepect to shareholders that have supported this company for well over a decade. They stick it to us once again, and repay us by telling us they don't believe the company has the potential to warrant valuations that put options in the money, at prices we spent the majority of 2021 and 2022 in!! Are you kidding me?? DO THE WORK to get the company to a share price that organically gets the options in the money. 

If the rules can be bent to reward failure by repricing options to insanely low levels, what is the incentive to work hard??? Maybe shareholders who have stuck with it for 10-15 yrs should have their ACB adjusted too? 

Think today's begging is going to convince shareholders? From what I have read somewhere else, everyone there has just been given strong confirmation why they voted or will vote no!
