Leaders lead, they don't hide behind excuses like employees will leave, when everyone can see that no one benefits more from the repricing than the Chairman/CEO and the CFO. Whose actions contributed most to the dismal share price performance and massive dilution, these leaders and the Board of Directors, or the employees?

It's simple, had they offered a repricing for the employees alone this year, and excluded themselves, it would have passed easily. And if performance would merit a repricing of theirs next year, based on their stated expectations, they would get theirs  then. They are 10 year options.
