fairchijisback: I am voting yes because I am very concerned what a no vote could mean. I have been in this for way too long to take that risk.
I would also like to vote YES, but as a German living in Germany, I cannot vote at all – or at least not without paying a three-figure fee of euros to my broker. I won’t do that. And probably the paperwork won’t be concluded in time anyway.
In an ideal world, this vote would not be necessary at all. But we are not living in an ideal world, as POET shareholder know only too well. So, voting YES is the second-best option and better than voting NO, as John explained.
