I like that expections seem low for tomorrow's AGM.  It means less people disappointed with an event that rarely brings something significant for public companies.

Here's the obvious questions I would like answered :

- What's the plan to replace Vivek?

- What's the plan to bolster the BOD? People with more deal making and financial managing background? Please!!!

- The licensing agreement Suresh talked about back in april that would maybe be done by the end of this quarter...still ongoing? 

- More info on Lustig deal with Poet?

- Respectfully, Thomas Mika is not a young and upcoming executive, any succession plan in place?
