It's kind of funny (if one can forget about the losses for a minute) that POET will be the gray-haired sage of photonics before it hits a reasonable market cap.

Such is the case with bleeding-edge technology in this category. The hyperscalers are pretty selective about what they install.

The Foxconn and Luxshare deals are more exciting than the markets understand. This is the golden path to high-volume sales. 

As far as the SP, I think the AI award that was mentioned will help. There could also be more reviews from YouTube analysts and maybe some more predictions of how many chips will be ordered.

Of course, actual orders, but I think some events before that obvious event will move the stock price.
