I sure hope not!

With the money raises they've just done, they have an almost two-year runway. The repricing brings the options into attractive territory for employee retention. The orders are coming in 2024, 2025, and 2026, so dilutive financing may be done. 

If I had to bet, I'd say we are done with all the shenanigans. We still may need a 3-12 month wait but income is coming.

Foxconn does not play. Not claiming any special insider knowledge here, but Foxconn could have kept it quiet, and definitely would have searched the world for the best technology. This is not your POET from 10 years ago.
